Applications are invited for the following post in a DBT-sponsored project “The role of Eri1 (ER-resident Ras inhibitor 1) in controlling filamentation of C. albicans".
Laboratory Attendant: One post
Essential Qualification-: 1) XII-std. pass in Science OR X-std. pass from any recognized Central/ State Board with Science as one of the subjects and skill certificate programme in Laboratory Technology. 2) At least 1 year experience in a government laboratory with experience in office/ lab cleaning and maintenance, washing of glassware, water distillation, autoclaving, discard, tip-box preparation etc. will be preferred.
Desirable Qualification-: Candidates with 10 years or more laboratory experience will be preferred. Besides, she/he is expected to maintain records and handle other official paperwork as entrusted to them from time to time.
Salary: Rs. 18,000 + 27% HRA per month OR as per DBT norms.
Nature and tenure of the position: The position is purely temporary in nature and subject to availability of funds. However, if the fellow’s progress is unsatisfactory, he/she may be terminated from the project anytime.
