POSITION AVILABLE
Applications are invited for ONE position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the NCESS - Sponsored Research Project entitled “Unravelling submarine groundwater discharge (SGD) zones along the Indian Subcontinent and its Island (Mission SGD) – Pilot Study”. The main focus of work is on “Submarine groundwater discharge along the south-central coastal zone of Andhra Pradesh”.
- The tenure of the project is one year (March 2019- March 2020)
- Junior Research Fellowship amount would be Rs. 31,000/-PM plus HRA
- The JRF position may be extended for another one year based on the availability of funding and performance of the candidate.
Eligibility
- Essential Qualifications: M.Sc/M.Tech in Geology/Hydro-geochemistry/ Hydrogeology/Environmental Sciences with CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship or GATE
- NET/Gate qualification and minimum research experience in Hydrogeology/Hydro-geochemistry/Geochemical analysis and processes/ Environmental hydrology/Remote sensing and GIS data processing and other related area are encouraged to apply.
