I have had the opportunity to conduct fieldwork on different Indo-Aryan languages namely Kumaoni, Garhwali, Awadhi, Shekhawati, Dhundhari and Rajbanshi. In 2010, as part of Mother Tongue Survey of India (MTSI) workshop, fieldworks were conducted on different dialects spoken in Delhi and Haryana.
