Applications are invited for the following purely temporary post in the DBT funded project entitled " Assessing the Calcium binding affinity of Calcium binding proteins with state-of-the art computational techniques: Towards developing a model for
Calcium binding -[BT/PR27604/BID/7/826/2018]” " at the School of Computational & Integrative Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University.
Junior Research Fellow (one post) :
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. degree (with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade) or equivalent in physics/chemistry/biophysics or any other related field with relevant research experience. The candidate having experience in molecular dynamics simulation will be given preference.
The position is completely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The initial appointment will be for one year, which can be extended on the basis of assessment of the candidate’s performance and discretion of the Competent Authority. The eligible candidates may further be shortlisted based on the qualification/experience depending on the total number of applications received. JNU may select candidate against the above posts depending upon the qualifications and experience of the candidate and reserves the right to relax any of the qualification(s) in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the Selection Committee.
